Hi, I’m Julius, a photographer based in Leipzig.

I’m drawn to images that feel real. Not just visually strong, but capable of conveying something deeper: a mood, a connection, a moment. For me, it’s less about perfect staging and more about capturing what’s already there, often just overlooked.I mainly photograph people, events and projects, often in contexts that also matter to me personally: sports, culture, nature and everything shaped by genuine human interaction. I prefer to work close to the moment, observing, with a strong sense of timing. Many of my images emerge naturally rather than being heavily planned.

Alongside my work as a photographer, I’ve built and worked in my own projects and businesses over the past years. This gives me a solid understanding of brands, workflows and communication. I know how important images are in the right context, not just as aesthetics, but as part of a story or identity.

It’s important to me that people feel comfortable both in front of the camera and throughout the process. I aim to create an environment where nothing needs to be performed and everything can unfold naturally. Often, it’s these quiet, unplanned moments that result in the strongest images.
